Cabin/Room Rental connections

I am looking for a great location to hold a medium size party 20-45 people, does anyone have a cabin, connection to a cabin or connection to a cheap rental of a cool room or place to have a party? When I say cabin, I mean vacation/nice not camping/rough it style. It needs to be in Salt Lake or Utah County area, and it will be in Nov, no 'snow chains needed' locations. Weird request I know, special occasion, small budget..Danielle S.
